Client Complaints

Al Amal Investment Company established its Client Complaints Unit with the objective of addressing and resolving complaints received from clients in a timely manner. Due to the importance of handling complaints, Al Amal Investment has ensured the independence of the Complaints Unit by handling the client complaints through the Compliance Officer of Al Amal Investment. 

How to Submit a complaint?

To help us address your concerns quickly and effectively, you can download the ‘Complaint Form’ from the link below, or obtain printed forms available at our Client Complaints Unit on the Qibla Q2 Building 114 Office 27 Ground Floor, P.O. Box 200, Safat 13002, Kuwait City, Kuwait. When completing the form, please fill in all the required information, sign and submit along with all supporting documents (If Any). You can address your complaint to the Head of the Client Complaints Unit and deliver the form to Al Amal Investment either by:

 

  • Hand delivery to “Complaint Unit” located at Qibla Q2 Building 114 Office 27 Ground Floor, P.O. Box 200, Safat 13002, Kuwait City, Kuwait.

  • Courier/post to “Head of Complaint Unit” at P.O. Box 200, Safat 13002, Kuwait City, Kuwait.

  • Email to the “Al Amal Investment Complaint Unit" at info@alamalinvestment.com

  • Dropping it at the Complaints Box located at Qibla Q2 Building 114 Office 27 Ground Floor, P.O. Box 200, Safat 13002, Kuwait City, Kuwait.
